Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-18

At Aragrow, LLC, we take your privacy very seriously.

We primarily email you to respond to your inquiry, answer your questions, or complete a project. With your permission, we may also send occasional updates, resources, and offers from Aragrow, LLC. You can opt out of these marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us at davidarago@aragrow.me.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit permission. If we wish to send you offers from our trusted partners — ContentCucumber.com, ContentBasis.io, and talk-commerce.com — our practice is to ask first and obtain your permission. If you grant permission, the only information we may share with them is your first name, email address, and website URL. You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing us at davidarago@aragrow.me or by using the unsubscribe link in any partner communication. Withdrawal takes effect for any future sharing; we will also notify the relevant partner of your request.

If you have any questions or concerns about your privacy or how your data is used, please contact us at davidarago@aragrow.me.

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to communicate with you, deliver our services, and operate the site. Specifically:

  • Contact information you provide — your name, email address, company or website URL, and the contents of any message you send us through the contact form or by email.
  • Communications — the emails, messages, and notes we exchange while answering your questions or working on a project together.
  • Project materials — documents, code, data, credentials, or other files you choose to share with us during an engagement, used solely to perform the work.
  • Basic technical data (via Google Analytics, only if you consent) — anonymized IP, browser, device, pages visited, referring site, and general region.
  • Internal browser storage — two small entries used to remember your cookie-banner choice, described in the Cookies and Browser Storage section below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and answer your questions.
  • Deliver the services you've engaged us for, including ongoing project work.
  • Maintain, secure, and improve our website (debugging, traffic analysis, performance work).
  • Comply with our legal, tax, and contractual obligations.
  • Send you marketing updates, resources, or partner offers — only when you have given us permission, and not as a condition of working with us.

Most of the services we rely on to do this — email, hosting, analytics, AI providers — are operated by U.S.-based companies, so your information may be processed in the United States. We choose vendors that publish meaningful privacy and security commitments, and we use industry-standard measures (encrypted transit, access controls, careful vendor selection) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take this responsibility seriously.

Your Choices and Rights

You have meaningful control over the information we hold about you. At any time you may:

  • Access — ask us what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Correct — ask us to fix anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Delete — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to any records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax or contract records).
  • Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the message, or by emailing us. This does not affect emails about work we are doing for you.
  • Withdraw consent — change your mind about cookies, partner sharing, or AI processing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at davidarago@aragrow.me. We aim to respond within 30 days. These rights apply to everyone; if you are a resident of California, the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, you may also have additional rights under those laws, which we will honor on request.

Cookies and Browser Storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage sparingly, and we want you to know exactly what they do.

Third-party cookies

Currently the only third-party tool we use is Google Analytics 4, which is presently the sole source of third-party cookies on this site. We use it solely to understand which pages visitors read and how they arrived — page views, referring sites, general region, device, and browser. We enable IP anonymization, so your full IP address is not stored. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers, and we do not currently use any third-party analytics tool other than Google Analytics. We do not sell your data, and we use Google Analytics in a way that is not configured for targeted advertising — Google Signals, advertising features, and audience export to ad platforms are disabled on our property.

Google Analytics cookies only load after you click "Sure!" on our cookie banner. If you decline, no Google Analytics code runs, and the banner stays out of your way for five minutes before asking again — during that snooze period no analytics code is loaded either. You can change your mind anytime by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer. For details on how Google handles this data, see Google's privacy policy.

Google Analytics data is retained according to our account settings, which we periodically review to keep retention as short as reasonably necessary. (For reference, GA4's default user-level retention is 14 months.)

Internal cookies

Our own (first-party) cookies and browser storage are used only to control your session on this site — we do not use them to track you, profile you, or gather information about you. Specifically:

  • aragrow-consent — remembers that you accepted the cookie banner, so we don't ask again every visit.
  • aragrow-consent-snooze-until — if you decline, this stores a timestamp so the banner stays out of your way for five minutes before asking again.

That's the entire list. These entries live in your browser only, are not transmitted to our servers, and contain no personal information. You can delete them anytime from your browser's storage settings.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We may use AI tools to help us respond to inquiries and carry out the work you have engaged us for. We do not sell your data to AI providers or to anyone else; we choose providers whose published terms commit them to not training their models on submitted content; our practice is to tell you up front when a process involves AI; and we follow strict rules about what kinds of information we route through general-purpose AI tools.

For full details — including the providers we use, our due-diligence approach, how you can opt out, and our rules for sensitive information — see our AI Usage Policy.

Mistakes and Corrections

We aim to follow this policy at all times, but we are a small business and mistakes can happen. If you believe we have not followed any commitment described here — through error, oversight, or any other reason — please contact us at davidarago@aragrow.me. We will investigate promptly, correct the issue and notify affected individuals where appropriate, comply with any notification obligations under applicable law, and update this policy or our internal processes to prevent recurrence.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page; for material changes, we will notify subscribers by email where we have a way to reach you. Your continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
