AI Readiness Review

If you keep hearing that you should "do something with AI," the useful question is narrower: which two or three of your workflows would AI actually improve, and is your data ready for it? This review answers that before you spend money on tools or developers.

Who it's for

  • You keep hearing that you should use AI, but nobody has shown you where it would pay off.
  • Your team is already trying AI tools on its own, with no plan or rules.
  • A vendor is pitching an AI product, and you can't tell whether it fits.
  • Your data lives in several systems, and you're not sure it's reliable enough to build on.

What I do

  1. Walk through your main workflows, your data and your budget to see where time and money actually go.
  2. Sort each idea into what is worth doing with AI, what plain automation solves for less, and what is not worth doing yet.
  3. For the ideas worth doing, estimate what they will cost to build and run, and flag the data and security risks.

This review recommends; it doesn't include building anything. If a use case is worth doing, your team, a vendor or AraGrow can build it, and we can scope that once the plan is set.

What you get

  • A short list of AI use cases worth pursuing, ranked by business impact
  • A list of tasks that plain automation solves for less
  • Cost estimates and data and security risks for each recommended use case

Where this comes from

"David has made the challenge of integrating rapidly developing AI technology in ways that generate practical returns a reality." James Disser, Start Up Over 50, on a year of working together.

The AI Readiness Review is $1,500 (two weeks, covering up to 5 workflows). If it shows you need more than a review, the 30-day audit or an ongoing engagement is the next step.
